About OpSyDian
OpSyDian is a product of BNMA Corporation, a software firm founded in 2005 and based in Carlsbad, California. For two decades we've built custom operations systems for companies ranging from mid-size distributors to Fortune 500 enterprises — quoting workflows, field-to-office coordination, ERP integrations, and the unglamorous plumbing that keeps a business running.
OpSyDian came out of that work. We kept meeting teams running INxSQL who had solved their accounting and inventory problem but were still tracking projects in a spreadsheet next to the ERP. So we built the layer that was missing.
INxSQL does what it's built to do. It holds your orders, quotes, customers, and inventory, and it holds them accurately.
What it doesn't do is tell you where a job actually stands. So that lives somewhere else — a shared spreadsheet, a whiteboard, a chain of forwarded emails, someone's memory. The ERP knows the order exists. It doesn't know that the customer moved the deadline, that a part is backordered, or that the person who was handling it is on vacation.
OpSyDian puts that operational layer on top of INxSQL instead of beside it. Project status sits with the order it came from. Nobody re-keys anything. The ERP stays the source of truth.

Elena joined BNMA as CEO in 2024, bringing over a decade of work spanning technology, product strategy, and market execution, with a background in web development.
She leads product direction and customer delivery for OpSyDian, and focuses on the part that actually matters to a distributor: getting from fragmented workflows to an integrated system on schedule and on budget.
CTO
Amine founded BNMA in 2005 and has spent more than 30 years in software development. His background is in military service, and the discipline shows in how the engineering runs: rigorous planning, defined milestones, and a strong bias toward systems that hold up in production rather than demo well.
He leads architecture and engineering for OpSyDian, including the INxSQL bridge.
BNMA has completed more than 100 projects since 2005 for clients including Sony and LPL Financial, and maintains a verified client review profile on Clutch.
We mention this for one reason: when you connect a new tool to your ERP, you're betting that the vendor will still be here in three years and will pick up the phone when something breaks. We're not a weekend project. We've been building operations software since before most of our competitors existed.
